TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VOLUNTEERS
All India Thought Empowerment Organisation (AITEO)

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the participation of volunteers ("Volunteers") in any activities involving the All India Thought Empowerment Organisation ("AITEO"). By submitting audio clips or engaging in any work for AITEO, Volunteers agree to abide by these terms.
2. NATURE OF ENGAGEMENT
AITEO is a non-profit entity that provides a platform for young individuals to express their independent thoughts through audio content. Volunteers contribute by creating and submitting audio clips, which may be published on AITEO’s podcast feed, social media platforms, and website. Volunteers understand that their content reflects on AITEO, but AITEO serves strictly as a platform and does not endorse or verify the accuracy of statements made in volunteer-submitted content.
3. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
AITEO assumes no responsibility for the content created and submitted by Volunteers. Volunteers are solely liable for any statements, views, or opinions expressed in their submitted content. In particular, AITEO disclaims all responsibility for:
3.1. Defamation – Any false or damaging statements made by a Volunteer that harm the reputation of any person, business, or entity.
3.2. False or Misleading Statements – Any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in submitted content.
3.3. Legal Claims – Any claims, lawsuits, or disputes arising from a Volunteer’s submitted content.
3.4. Harm or Attacks – Any direct or indirect harm, verbal attacks, or incitement of violence caused by Volunteer submissions.
By submitting content, Volunteers agree that they are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from their audio clips, and AITEO bears no liability in any such instances.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
All audio clips submitted to AITEO are automatically licensed under a Creative Commons (CC0) License (without attribution). This means:
4.1.The submitted content becomes publicly available for unrestricted use, including modification, distribution, and reproduction.
4.2. AITEO and other users may freely use, modify, or distribute the content without the obligation of giving credit to the original creator.
Volunteers acknowledge that they waive any rights to compensation, royalties, or control over the usage of their submitted content.

5. CONTENT MODERATION & REMOVAL RIGHTS
AITEO reserves the full right to edit, remove, or refuse to publish any content submitted by Volunteers if:
5.4. The content violates any applicable laws or regulations.
5.3. It is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.
5.2. It could lead to legal risks or reputational harm to AITEO.
5.1. It violates any other terms set forth in this Agreement.
AITEO also retains the authority to remove any Volunteer from its program without prior notice if their conduct or submissions violate these terms or create potential risks.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
Volunteers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AITEO, its affiliates, directors, employees, and representatives from any legal claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
6.1. Their submitted content.
6.2. Any legal disputes or claims resulting from their actions as a Volunteer.
6.3. Any violations of laws or third-party rights due to their submitted content.
Volunteers bear full financial responsibility for any legal issues related to their content and actions.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
7.1. Any disputes arising from a Volunteer’s content or actions must be handled solely by the Volunteer through their own means.
7.2. AITEO will not intervene or take responsibility for resolving disputes related to Volunteer-submitted content.
7.3. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings related to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
8. DESCRIPTION OF CONTENT
For the purposes of this Agreement, "Content" refers to:
8.1. Anything considered viable by the chair/board which has been submitted by Volunteers in faith that it will be published.
8.2. Published audio clips.
8.3. Any digital media which has been submitted by a person who is not a part of AITEO.
9. FUTURE CHANGES
AITEO reserves full rights to amend, add, and remove clauses or statements in these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Volunteers will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
10. GENERAL TERMS
10.1. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified by AITEO at any time. Volunteers will be notified of significant changes.
10.2. By continuing to submit content, Volunteers accept any updated Terms and Conditions.
10.3. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
By submitting audio content to AITEO, Volunteers agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
